Our first lab on basic techniques in microbiology was on 19th September 2017. The first experiment was about Culture Transfer Technique. Along the experiment we learnt about how to culturing and how to prevent our culture from contamination. Below are the picture of our medium that we used. 

The next day, we observed our result. Here are some of the results that i gain for culture 'A'.
