On 26th September was our second and third experiment held which was the techniques for isolation and pure cultures and cultural characteristics of microorganism. Both of the experiment and the previous experiment (Experiment 1-3) were related. The correct skills and techniques are required for all of the experiment in order to gain a good results and observation. Here are some of the pictures that I took on our first experiment. 

For the isolation of pure culture, we learnt two methods which were streak-plate and spread-plate techniques.
